Welcome.

Seems like Griffin used to make an off-the-shelf metal radiator for our trucks, but that may no longer be made. I've had custom radiators built by radiator shops for hot rods, which is always an option. All-metal can get pricey...but you probably know that.

Ford had the "Super Cool" Radiator with the tow package, which might be what you have already. I believe it was a 2-row (someone will correct me if I'm wrong on that) but it was still the plastic/metal type radiator that tends to leak after a few thousand heat cycles.

Are you building for big power? etc.? In my opinion the super cool will cool the 4.0 OHV pretty well. I'd recommend an external transmission cooler if you don't have one already, which is more of a cooling weak spot on these vehicles, particularly with the automatic transmission.

I second that. Replaced my original super cool almost 2 years ago with a new one that is identical to the super cool. Keeps the engine nice and cool even on 90 degree days.

There's an all-aluminum one floating around on eBay for just over $100 with a lifetime warranty. Once mine buggers up, I'm picking one up.

You might consider adding an engine oil cooler.

I used a Derale remote filter adapter and a heavy duty oil cooler and mounted them behind the grill. It made a pretty big difference in my temps, added oil capacity and allowed easier filter changes.
