So far I have gotten a bit of feedback on the D44 TTB conversion brackets. Drive beam was installed. Waiting to hear back how the pass beam fits and how it cycles.
Also Decided that I'm going to bring the turbo back out and clean the cob webs off it and take it on for round 2.
The reason I pulled it off was I didn't have a fool proof way to get the right fuel mixture, under boost. The factory setup couldn't handle the 3.5 PSI. I hadn't hooked up the 7th and 8th injectors, it was running lean, overheaded and either warped or cracked a head.
Plan is to upgrade to 24 Lb/h injectors and get the 7th injector setup working so I can safely run 5 PSI boost. Wrap the exhaust to keep UHTemps down. Rebuild the turbo with new seals. Re route the oil drain to a better location.
