Hello all! I've been using the sight for some great advice and now have a unique(maybe) problem I can't seem to fix. 2002 Explorer XLT. The only way my courtesy and puddle lamps will illuminate when opening the door or using the fob is if the interior dimmer switch is turned to full off. So I can either have dash lights at night or courtesy/puddle lights when entering the truck. Mechanically/electrically inclined so I don't mind reading schematics or tracing wires if need be. Replaced all the door ajar switches already. Checked all the fuses. Any suggestions? Update: September 14th. Still haven't figured this out. I think turning the dimmer switch to full off completes a circuit for the lighting to work. Thoughts anyone?
