Hey guys I added these green holos to my factory existing headlights for around 25 dollars. If people are interested on a write up let me know. Pretty easy to do.
Step 1: first is to remove the headlight housing. the two taps behind the headlight need to be pulled up until it pops then disconnect your lights thats the hard part lol.
Step 2: preheat you oven to 225-250 degrees put you headlights in for about 3 to 5 min at a time and i used a butter knife to help with the prying. be gentle guys she will break. You might have to put them in a couple times and pry until it opens up .
Step 3: Installing the halos. I bought these off ebay.

I used a hot glue gun because epoxy stinks and is harder to get off if you mess up so here they are glued on:

Step 4: Wiring them up. You will have to cut both wires to the halo lights so you can get them through the preexisting hole then use butt conectors and electric tape to wire them up:

Step 5: clean the lens back and fron with some window cleaner or what ever you have. Then put the cover back on the headlight and back into the oven so the glue will get soft enough to seal back. after that back into the truck the same way it came out.
Step 6: The inverters are critical I mounted mine next to the ballast's for the hids. the inverters or powered on any 12v source on your X but make sure to use a relay so that it comes on and off when you start your X. I guess you could use a toggle or something like that but I used a relay.
This is my first write up so sorry for the spelling. Hope you like it
here is a link of my finished project.
