Start by checking all of your battery connections. Can you hot shot it?

Same problem I had over the summer. Turned out, that even though the battery terminals & cable clamps looked clean, when I finally took them off (after pulling my hair out trying to find the problem) the contact area WAS corroded. Wire brushing both brought up nice shiny metal, reattached them and was off and running.

Problem reoccurred a couple of months later. This time, after cleaning and reassembling, I sprayed the terminals with some flat black paint to seal them. No problems since.

it's not shootin sparks out of the starter is it? mine was havin the same problem except every now and then it would shoot some sparks out the starter, i had it rebuilt locally and haven't had a problem since

Clean your connections real good and also check you cables as they are prone to blistering and corrosion inside the insulation.

i cleaned the battery posts and cabel clamps. still nothing happening what so ever.... yet the positive post starts to get realy hot when left connected to the battery
and no its not shooting sparks out of the starter

the + post is getting hot? If so you have a dead short somewhere, meaning the + cable is touching ground or the battery is fubar'ed

well i finaly got it all worked out for some reson every battery check i did the battery came out good BUT when i hooked up a new battery it started right offso i dount know if a cell was broken inside the battery or what so iem going to try this for a while

I assume you did clean the battery cables. This is exactly what happened to me. The old battery was (still is!) good. Jumping it or putting a new battery in would get it go, but not with the old battery until everything was clean and shiny bright on the old battery and cables.

actulay no the battery was no good i tried it on my 66 bronco but still wouldnt work and i did clean the living hell out of them battery posts
