dont you hate saying to yourself: "dude, i should've done this to my X... " Here is my list. :frustrate

1. maybe i should have gotten them Edelbrock shocks instead of them bilsteins... DOH!

2. maybe i should have gotten a lift before gettin them 30X9.5 BFG's cause now my X will look goofy with a lift and 30 inch tires.

3. maybe i shoud have gotten PIAA 520 MSR foglamps instead of the Crystal Ion PIAA 520 foglamps. it would probably look better with my SuperWhite headlights. MAN!!

4. maybe i should have looked ito that extended waranty. (too many things too list)

What bout you guys??? Its okay, my shoulder is there for you...

1) I should've installed the skyjacker lift rather then the superlift lift. After checking out pete's skyjacker, it's just much much better quality then the superlift.
2) Hell, I should've just started out with a solid front axle
3) I should've installed a detroit or a powertrax int he rear rather then an ARB, could've put an ARB in the front (with the solid axle)
4) I should've bought a garvin industries roof rack rather then a conferr
5) I should've bought the TJM INdustries front bumper (although, you can't wait forever!)
6) Shouldn't have spent so much on modifying the stereo of the Explorer, especially since it just sits 51 weeks out the year now.

I should've educated myself about working on the truck sooner. Early on I spent way too much $$$ getting stuff installed and not doing the work myself. However, now I know that there's lots of stuff I can do myself. In fact, I just got off the phone with Mom who's making kinda a graduation gift registry (friends and family are wondering what to get me). So in a few weeks I'll have among other things a new floor jack, creeper, gift cert's to Home Depot (for sockets and eventually air tools), and some other misc tools. I love the gifts from milestone events!

I should have never told my buddies with Rangers that those overhead consoles fit in their trucks too (of course none of them are willing to cut into the headliner themselves). I've done 3 of these, not counting my X- and it wasn't all that long ago I came on this board asking how to wire it.
