it was a nice mild day yesterday so I decided to drive my truck through this impressive new car wash around the corner. Well, as my siblings are enjoying the high pressure water spraying in all directions my daughter says to me, "daddy water inside". Sure enough there was a nice drip soaking my leather seats.
Turns out a rivet holding one of the plastic strips is loose on the roof. I was thinking drill it out and filling it with silicone, but if anyone has a better idea I'd appreciate any input. Wonder how much a body shop would charge to put another rivet in there or something.
Last years coat of zaino still looks awesome and that was without a real hand wash, but my daughters complaining about holding an umbrella in the truck. hehe
