Dead Battery

Guessing a bad cell and / or plates sulfated to hell.

Test wouldn't even finish at the dealer. He put a new battery in my car and sent me on my way.

Guessing low on acid solution. Could have topped up covering plates jump started and driven for another year or much more.
Look into your New Battery. IS IT FULL??????

bet either a plate or a divider cracked off. it happens

It's happening way too often with the OEM batteries over the past couple of years.

The good news is that I have a properly branded Motorcraft MAX battery in there now. I hope they have a decent supplier for those, unlike the "black box" unnamed battery that came with the car.
