The cars been having a hard time starting, it'll usually kill the battery but if it doesn't then after a couple minutes of cranking it'll start up. Once it's started it'll run fine. The check engine light is on with a P0172 and P0175 for rich mixture in both banks. The fuel pump & filter, coolant temp sensor, spark plugs & wires, ignition coil, MAF sensor, battery, and CPS have all been replaced. Looking for some ideas on what to try next. The engine temp and air intake temp are where they're meant to be and the fuel pressure is ~35PSI when starting, idling, in accessory, and after waiting a few minutes with the car off.

98 with ONE fuel line requires more fuel pressure then 33
98-00 ohv retrnless fuel (one fuel line) 58-62 psi
91-97 ohv with two fuel lines, 36-42 psi
