190 is a bizarre temp to read. It’s not the bottom or full scale.
 






I've been having this issue where the car cranks for 30 seconds to a minute before finally starting. Once I can get it going it'll run fine and I can even start it back up right away within a couple hours of turning it off.

New fuel pump, fuel & air filters, spark plugs
Fuel pressure is 35psi when running/in accessory mode
I'm pretty sure it's running rich, I've also cleaned the MAF sensor but that didn't seem to fix it.

What does the fuel pressure gauge do when you shut down? If you have an injector leaking, the pressure will drop fairly fast. This can cause a long start and run rich.
