Dented front bumper?

I just bought an 02 Eddie Bauer the other day. I didn't even realize it at first, but when I was looking at pictures I took of it, I noticed that it is dented on the front right corner of the bumper. The paint looks to be okay. Think I could just push this back out somehow? Any advice is appreciated. I don't want to tear it up.

Isn't that a plastic cover?

yeah its plastic.
Some heat from a heat gun and some effort and it could push out but it wont look great.
Good MAYBE

Ya gotta be careful with the heat. Too much bubbles the paint. Too little and pushing the dent out will be quite difficult.
