Differences in plug wire sets for 5.0

I am installing explorer efi in a bronco with a 302 and tube headers with e7 heads. I see there are two spark plug variations out there. One with tubular exhaust and the other with cast.

What are the differences between these plug wire sets?

If you are using the bronco distributor it wont matter, you cant use the explorer wires, they are for DIS
