Made a really nice and factory looking winch bumper out of my factory bumper. Will post pics soon. It was suprisingly easy
 






Where are the PICS?
 






Probably in the same place as that winch mounted factory bumper after he tried to pull on it. The trash.

Unless he added a bunch of steel, the factory bumper isn't up to the task of winching.
