Hi, and I'm sorry you had to disable the alarm. After reading all the threads I was just wondering if you ever replaced the battery in the remote control? Maybe a stupid question but hey

For the moment I have a problem with my fuel pump or the electrical system running the fuel pump, but thats another thread.
I read in one of your replies that when you turned the ignition on you could hear the fuel pump for about 2 sec. The thing is, if the anti-theft system is engaged you will not hear the fuel pump running before you push the remote control once.
Step 1 (with anti-theft system engaged) - Turn the key to ignite position. All lights in the dashboard should come on, but you will not hear any fuel pump running. The red anti-theft light will be steady red.
Step 2 - Push the button on the remote control, the red anti-theft light will come off and you will hear the fuel pump cycle a second or two.
Step 3 - Start you car

So, did you really change the battery in your remote control?
