I doubt it. You need more than 2" of lift to fit 33's.

Damn. I'm running 31x10.5 now and and want to go bigger but there is nowhere near the selection of 32x11.5 as there is 33x12.5

I do not want to mess with a body lift.

I don't see a problem with that on the street (I ran 35's with just a 3.5" TT for a few months, 2wd, just before the SAS). The problems would come with offroading as you wouldn't have anywhere for the tire to go up. I may also look silly as you'd only have a couple inches between tire and top of fender.

I've probably got the least lift of anyone running 35's on a second generation (I also have a '99) - I have a 3" body lift along with the TT and shackles. If you go to 35's you'll have to trim at least 1.5 ~ 2 inches of sheetmetal in the rear of your front fenderwells and take out about 1 ~ 1.5 inches of the plastic on the front bumpers to clear the front of the tires.

It will require at least that much trimming. That's what my '99 required and like I said I've got a 3" body lift. If you won't put on a body lift I suspect you will have to get more aggressive to fit them on yours.
