- 2002 Mountaineer
I had my 2002 Mountaineer windsheild replaced. The new windheild had a water leak and the vendor repaired it the next day.
Ever since then my interior light stays on and the door chimes as if the door is left open when the engine is off. When I press on the rear defog my cluster displays that the door is ajar.
Does this look like a simple door jamb sensor problem or does it look like water my have got into the dash board and shorted something out.
Everything works it just annoying that I have to roll down the interior light button at night so that the light goes off.
