door lock driver site brocken

This morning some idiot broke my lock driver site on my 2000 Explorer 4X4.
It look that only the lock is broken (it look he used flat a screw driver).
However I need to change the cylinder (lock) and probably the retainer.
How can I take the door panel off ?

Can you hear the lock actuator when you press the door lock button? Typically its the lock actuator or the rivet holding it to the door. Umm to remove the door panel its pretty easy. Just remove the screws around the handle and using a body panel remover you can pull the xmas tree trim fasteners around the framing.
