door pins and bushings

hi everyone, has anyone ever just replaced the pins and bushings in there front doors? my truck is a 98 sport and at the moment i am doing the body work to it. i knew i had to replace the drivers lower, but i now have noticed that i also have to do the passengers lower as well. up here in canada, ford wants $60 a side for the lower hinge . they don't list a pin and bushing kit at all. any help?

It's for a first gen, but I'm thinking it will be the same/similar to yours.

thanks devilboy. for those up in canada (and if it makes a difference), the part number 38410 from help is good at piston ring parts stores, and napa's part number is 675-51830.
