You should tilt the front of the differential housing up. Also check your sway bar, if it is loose it can cause vibrations.

Paul, I did tilt the front of the differential up to set the lower u-joint straight. The sway bar is set to the torque specs of the installl instructions. I have the single cardigan type driveline, one upper u-joint and one lower. Is it possible tht the u-joints just need time to work into the new driveline angles?

Installed rear superrunner lift and took it for a test drive before staring on front and noticed some vibration from 23 to 38 mph with or without power applied. I never removed the driveshaft and instead reomed the intire spring so original driveshaft location is out. I also eye-balled the lower u-joint as straight as possible before torqueing down u-bolt plates. Any ideas?????
