Driver's seat problem

Hi guys.
The rails of my Ex driver's seat are worned and make a very annoying noise.
The passanger's front seat is barely used so the seat rails are brand new, then I intend to swap them with the defectives ones.
However, I wonder if they are compatibles, or are "right and left" position only.
Is possible to do that job?

I might be wrong but I believe the seat tracks are different for right and left.
