The divers side headlight doesnt work on my wifes 97 explorer. Replaced the bulb and same thing no low beam but has high beam. Passengers side is fine. I remember soldering something on her onboard computer when none of her lights worked before but dont know where to check for this.

The first thing I would do is use a volt meter and see if you are getting voltage at the connector and if not start tracing it back through the wiring. If it's only one light that isn't working it sounds to me like a broken wire or dirty connection somewhere.

your LOM is fubarred again.... get your soldering iron out again.
