Driver's Window Control Button

I have a 2002 Explorer and I need to get to the auto window switch to replace it. Does anyone have any tips on how to get the switch panel off the door without destroying it.

Not sure on an '02, but on my '99, I have to remove the panel from the door to get at the switch.

I just removed mine 2 days ago. I just pulled...there are tabs underneath, this is what they look like:

Pull out on the trim around the door handle first. Once that is off you can just lift up on the trim around the switches as the picture shows. That order will prevent any breakage
