Yep, you sure can. Off the top of my head... You need the...

1) Backing/Mounting plate.

2) Caliper

3) Rotor

4) Parking brake assembly from disk 8.8.
*Take notice how the parking brake cable is situated on the Disk 8.8, welding may be required.

5) New hard (brake) line to run from the master cylinder back to the rears. *Bending required.

6) Master cylinder from Disk brake truck.
