I was wanting to get some imput on what type of double din dvd player I should get, they are coming from ebay and they range in prices but some brands I have never heard of and was hoping someone here had them and could give some imput or tell me which one I should go with in the end. thanks.

sorry for so many, just dont know which one to get, thinking about going with the jensen but im wanting gps with it =(

Out of those choices i would do that clarion. I dont believe in the "jap" crap like the others are. Jensens are a hit or miss. I have seen some work, and some bad out of the box

im sorry, that is a little out of budget, I only have 250 to put toward one and I would go with the clarion but it is low watts for the speakers and has smaller screen then the jensen and there has to be a reason it is so cheap bc it is suppose to be top of the line and the jensen has good features and cheap but the one for 280 is nicer just off brand

Keep in mind the power rating is at max power. You will NEVER hit max power. Look at the RMS rating of the deck. Most are actually only 8-15watts.

All i can say is you get what you pay for. IMO i would save up for a name brand one like a pioneer, or that eclipse. If you want gps and all with it. Being in the car audio industry for over 10 years i have seen a lot of the no-name crap go bad.

Well what do you think about jensen then, they are not top of the line but not an off brand either and come with the factory warrenty still and I have seen some places that you can later add a gps to a dvd player or something like that, not to sure though and with the money I really done have much to go toward one at the moment.

i usually consider them "disposable" meaning they can last a while, or they could go. and if 250 is all you have and it goes in a matter of time i am sure you will be pissed.
