Whoever the LUNKHEAD is that keeps e-mailing me from made-up hotmail accounts:

The equipment level on my X exceeds EVERY other X I've ever seen. Show me one EB or LTD that has:
Rear sonar, Homelink or Side airbags - let alone all 3.
You think EB's are better, so be it. If I wanted one, I would have bought one. (Turns out, I did not want the fender flares).

Show yourself or better yet, your X when you spam me

Hey this is kinda off the topic but, how do you know if you have Speed-Sensitive wipers? Did the '95 model XLT come with them standard also?

the 95's have the speed sensitive wipers too

My XLT has I think everything the Limiteds and EBs except the air suspension and the respective tupperware. Also don't have the memory seats or the auto headlights and mirror or the built-in child seat

I found the sticker on it and was 28 large for it new.

that is a lot of money for a two wheel drive,I bet it feels like you are sitting in a ****pit with all those options.

Well thats good to know I have it but how does it work?

Ooops.

My (ex)-buddy was spaming me for fun...

Sorry to go off

Hey, at least I now know that I have "speed sensative wipers" I'll look in my service CD to see how they work.

Maybe I missed this but what are speed sensitive wipers and how do you know if you have them?

There is a big graph that gives the MPH per wipe value, but it won't cut and paste....

Vehicles equipped with a generic electronic module (GEM) are available with the speed-dependant interval wiper feature. During the interval mode, the delay between successive wipes will decrease with higher vehicle speed to compensate for increased water on the windshield glass. This feature will relieve the operator from constantly switching between interval settings.

If the washer switch is pressed between 100 ms and 300 ms, with the mode switch in the OFF position, the wiper system will provide one low speed wipe with no wash.

The pic isn't working.

Yeah, it's 680k and my website sends me nasty-grams about bandwidth use, so I took it down.

it was a scan of my window sticker...

One nice feature of this board is that it doesn't reveal your e-mail address.
