Glad to see you're getting another Explorer, and definitely glad to see you still in one piece after that accident.
I'm from Houston (although I didn't know that audio shop that screwed you) and now I live in Massachusetts. I've been to Cleveland, OH a number of times, and there's always snow there. The reason I'm mentioning it is because this Explorer is located in Cleveland, and I've noticed a much quicker deterioration in my truck since moving up north a few years ago. So much sand and salt get everywhere (to keep trucks on the roads in the winter) that the undercarriages end up looking years older than the title says. And paint jobs fade much quicker up here too (from my experience).
I know there are plenty of people who take very good care of their Explorers / vehicles up north, but I'm just giving you my $.02 for what it's worth.
