I received a ticket last night for having my license plate light out. Last May i went offroading and after i realized my rear lights were out, as well as all of the lights on my instrument panel. I currently still have no lights on my instrument panel except the door ajar, seatbelt, and the cruise control. I cannot see my speed or rpms at night basically. my rear lights light up when i brake but normally at night they dont light up. If i turn my car off and I leave my lights on it doesnt ding anymore like it used to do.

Basically I am looking for any Ideas on what may be wrong.

I have an 2002 explorer and im hoping its just a fuse problem. I really dont want to pay to bring the car to a shop so any help is greatly appreciated.

Yep, sounds like you should check all your fuses. Probably should have done it last May.
