Electrical problem?

I have a 94 Eplorer sport and I cant figure this out.. First the windows wouldnt work.They are power. Then the cigarette lighter quits as well. Now even the radio got weird. It turns on but no sound. I have checked fuses and circuit breakers and all is good? Any suggestions? :fire:

get a mulitmeter and check voltage to those things, then see what you get.
