Wife is driving along today and it just quit. Turning the key to start position yields nothing, not even a click. Everything else works, headlights, etc.
What I have tried so far:
Cleaned both battery terminals, battery is about 3 years old, 12.5 volts on a tester.
Tried a jump start, still nothing, not even a click.
Checked all the fuses, all seem to get power with key on.
Checked for continuity on fuse-12 Ignition relay and fuse-23 ignition switch both pass.
OBDII test - NO LINK (with key in on position).
Starter tested ok at parts store
Battery tested good at parts store
PTEC relay tests good
