engine swap 99 explorer sohc

i have a 91 navajo with a good low mile motor. I would like to put that engine in my 99 explore. the 99 is a sohc and the 91 is not. can this be done without causing a huge problem?

Define huge problem. You're probably going to need to swap the ecu and plenty of wiring.
