Enine noise

Hi,
Still having alternator whine with new audio setup.
Single point ground for all amps AND head unit.
Running 6gauge to power dist, [copper].
Now I am thinking that I should run heavier cable, maybe for the Big 3.
I have alot of 1/0 copper cable.
What are someones thoughts on this?
