Exhaust

I have a question? Replacing the exhaust manifolds on my 97 5.0 because they are cracked and leak. Should I stay with the tube style or go to the cast style.

I wonder if they can be welded in-place, I mean without taking off the vehicle not permanently welded on lol.

Welding won't work. Change em to cast. They are slightly more efficient.
