Explorer and Ranger Seats interchange??

Will a 1993 Ranger Seat fit a 1993 Explorer? does it matter if it is 2 or 4 door?
This is the seat with the lumbar on the sides and the pullout knee rest in the front. Just want to know if the brackets are the same and if it will mount to the floor without modificaion. I am assuming that a seat from a ford ranger regular cab 1993 will fit a 2 door 1993 explorer sport?? The seat looks identical.

Yea my explorer has those seats so they should fit but i'd measure the mounting points just to be safe.

I didnt even notice that
