Just want to say how great it was dealing with John V. and others at Explorer Express.

Bought some new Powerslot rotors for my 96, along with some Performance Friction pads and I have noticed significantly improved braking! Braking capacity, in a travel trailer towing application, is more important than power, IMO.

Always impressive when an owner/manager takes time out to talk with a customer as John did. Plus, he gave me a very fair price on a great product.

John V and staff have been very helpful in supplying me with great products and a wealth of information. The same goes for Torrie at Ford Parts Net. Hopefully I will find about Jeremy soon.

I'll second the comments about EE. The best service around on the net. They always make you feel as if you, the customer, are more important than the conversation they were having when you interrupted them. Always courteous, very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile when something does not turn out as planned!
