Explorer XLT A/c blowing through floor and defroster vents

Hi,
I have a 2000 XLT and the A/C will only blow through the floor vents and defroster vents. It is nice and cool but it builds up condensation really quick on the windshield. can anyone point me in the right direction on fixing this problem?

I just started to have the same problem on my 95 Explorer..............Can any one help us with this problem.
