"Exploring" issues

Hi,

My name is Dave and I am a new member. I currently own a 1997 Explorer Sport Trac that has issues to be addressed. I also build musclecars as a hobby. Right I in the middle of a frame-off build of a 1969 Chevelle. Having lots of fun and spending lots of money. Anyways, thank you for welcoming me to the group.

Yes, it is a '97 Sport Trac

My '97 Explorer is a Sportrac edition with TractionControl. 2 door, 4.0 SOHC engine. Trust me, it is a Sport Trac.

In the states a 2 door is known as a Sport. A Sport Trac is a 4 door with about a 4 ft long bed. That is what Mounaineergreen is refering to.

You learn something new everyday. In Canada, we have both 2-door and 4-door Sport Tracs. The 2-door is sweet with the nice big fender flares and step-up bars. In any case, it is still an Explorer at heart.
