Strange issue with my 2010 LTD. Keypad worked fine when I bought the truck. All of the sudden, one day, I depressed the 7/8 & 9/0 to lock the door....and nothing happened.
The keypad still lights up, so I know there's power going to it, but for some reason, the buttons themselves are dead. And the key fob itself, works just fine.
Is there a fuse I should be looking at, or a reprogramming that needs to take place to sort this out?
