Extreme Steering wheel Vibration over 30 MPH, Please help!!

I know I need 2 new tires,

But this happened all of a sudden, Like one day it just started,

I cant see how wear would just happen like that,

There Goodyear Wrangler RT/S if that makes any difference?

lol thats your problem right there lol j/k I have one rt/s with about 8k on it if you want it ? say 25 + shipping? I see you live in NJ so if its within reasonable distance we could meet up or you could pick it up

Since you say it's steering wheel vibration, I would think the problem is in the front end. Have you tried swapping the front and rear tires just to test 'em out.

Have you replaced that welded bolt with an original one?

Try re-seating the rotors and aligning the caliper once more, just to be sure. Also check to see if the rotors are warped: maybe you went through a cold puddle and then slammed on the brakes. Try to look inside the rotors to see if someof the reinforcement metal has broken/rusted out. Maybe the rotors are the element throwing off the balance.

How about a lose steering rack?

Well I need it anyway so thats cool,
I have a friend that lives where you are, Ill ask him to pick it up for me as he works with me,
nothing like free delivery ;)

Ok yes I have swapped front to back, Didnt make a difference
I replaced the Rotor yesterday that I thoght to be the problem, No dice :(
And yes I replaced the pin that I welded, When I took it out it was dead straight, I welded it perfect lol,

How do I check a loose steering rack?
Is it something I coudl tighten up again?

Anyone else suggest something?

I discovered tonight (as I dont drive the truck everyday, its the wifes truck)

That the truck shakes at all speeds, but the steering wheel goes nuts at 30 and continues throughout the speed range,

Anyone else think what this is? makes the truck ride horrible, and scary to drive too,

Anyone else???

Im still stuck with this problem,
I have also replaced the U-Joints as suggested, Still the same

ok also today I replaced the CV boot on the front passenger side,
I noticed it was off and the clamp was still good so i re-greased it and it actually feels a "little" better, But then today it went back to how it usually is with the shaking
I also noticed the inside boot closest the diff had a hole in it and was sloppy, You could totally compress it and you would hear air coming out if the hole

Now in wondering could that be the cause of it?

Would this even affect the ride at all even if 4WD isnt engaged?
