What is brand / make of factory installed sound system 2004 ford explorer Eddie Bauer - Audiophile Six CD?

Also is there any recommended setting to make it sound the best, currently I do not want to install aftermarket audio system and would like to best use the stock system.

Also this system does not have any AUX input, what is the best or recommended way to connect my MP3 player to this system (no cassette adapter available)

Thanks.

i have an '04 just upgraded the speakers and sub.
Its Visteon radio. Do you have a Rear DVD player? It has inputs on it, if you don't then there is an aftermarket kits that will give you an extra plug in for the ipod. PIE makes on i think. This is my link. . .to upgrading a Audiophile.

I went this way to make it easy to keep the steering wheel controls and rear DVD player without using any adapter kits.

let me know if you have any questions.

Yes, I have a rear DVD Player

Thanks, Yes I have a rear DVD Player, what cables I need to connect my MP3 player to my DVD and play it thru my speakers?

Also what is Brand / Make of the Premium Audiophile factory system?

Thanks,

Rear DVD player has 3 inputs just in front of the screen (or mine does). When you use the buttons on the steering wheel, i go through AM, FM, CD, Video, Aux. You can use the Standard Headphone jack to RCA's, or the iPod adapter that plugs into the bottom of it to RCA's.

Its a Visteon.

Thanks a lot
