I need to know what parts I need specifically to add the Ford remote start to an "03 EBX with keyless. I am looking at the PowerCode from the Ford website but I am not sure which one I need. I already have keyless so why would I need to add it again with this one?
Next, the included fobs look like the buttons are more like hard plastic rather than rubberized buttons on my current remote. Is there anyway to use my current fob with the remote start/alarm system?
What features does the alarm add? I am assuming it will no longer trigger the horn but will trigger the siren. Will the door keypad disarm/arm the alarm?
Any know where I can download the install instuctions? I'd like to know what I'm getting into here.
