Factory remote start problem

were you able to start the car using the key?

if its a PATS issue, place the key in the ignition and try remote start it. if it doesn't start then the key programming is lost, have to reprogram the bypass (you need to 2 keys)

For some reason the operators manual is hard to find or non existent online. It was difficult to get it from the dealer when I had mine installed. When the bride gets home I will look into this but I did find this online:

You have to press the brake pedal and press the remote start button 3 times with the key in the on position.

If it beeps 6 times it is certainly in valet mode. Try the above and let me know.
