I'm not sure exactly when it started, but my 95 Ex with Control Trac 4WD has been making a rumbling noise when driven. It kind of sounds like driving on the rumble strips on the side of the road, and the vehicle vibrates the same way it would in the strips. The noise is audible at all speeds above about 10 mph and changes with the speed of the vehicle, although the noise becomes quieter when pressure is taken off the wheels (like after going over a bump) and completely disappears when the vehicle is turned sharply enough to the right. The noise seems to be coming from the front left wheel area.
