That is a little difficult to say since it can depend on the type/brand of tire. It would also help if you added the model of your Explorer to your profile so that it appears in the left margin.
I had a 2011 Limited with OEM 20" wheels and used the base model 17" wheels for Winter. I'm thinking of possibly selling them since they won't fit my MKT. Told the dealer I would ask $800 for them. They have 4500 miles on them and the complete set, wheels, wheel covers, TPMS, tires and lugnuts ($12 ea) cost me just over $1700 not including tax.
The wheels here were $99 each but from what I've read on this forum, the U.S. price is about 3 times that.
