Fan is scraping the shroud

My fan is rubbing the top of my shroud. Can I raise the shroud by drilling new holes to fix it? Any help would be appreciated

It could be the body mounts causing it, I know for sure they need to be replaced I just haven’t got around to it yet ,and next to the radiator on both sides where my frame is connected to the body is rusted out Which caused my radiator to drop some. I went ahead and drilled new holes on the shroud and raised it up a little bit ,it seemed to fix the problem for now. The fan clutch is factory.

Check your motor mounts. I had a broken mount and the engine torque caused the fan to rub.
