Fender Flare Painting

I got my set of Xenon fender flares (polyurethane) and my friend is going to get them painted at the Ford dealership he works at. They quoted him 2.5hrs labor @ $40and hour. They say they prep it,spray it, and then bake it at 98F no humidity. Is this an ok deal or should I look to paint them myself. Someone told me I could get my paint color matched and a spray can made to paint them and it would be alot cheaper...should I just let the Ford dealership take of it to ensure a good job?

You can get the same color as your explorer and make sure you get the paint with the flex additive.

Many beginners have done it and they look great.

You COULD always have your friend repaint it.

Your buddy is offering a very fair deal.
I say do it once , do it right.
Besides 2.5 for all four is less than what it should be.
