fender removal

I am looking at buying a 2000 xlt but it needs a new front drivers side fender. How difficult is this to remove and replace? Any pictures or descriptions would be awesome. Thanks in advance

They are very easy to replace. I'm sure there are slight differences in the front but here is a 91-94 and 8 of the 16 bolt locations.

Do you have to remove the front bumper to get fenders off? I looked at a friends explorer and it looks like I 'll have to disassemble the entire front to get to the bolts?? I'll take some pics when and if I get to this for future reference.
