First Exterior Mods

Hey everyone, I want to modify the outside of my ex and was wanting opinions on what should be done.

Change the headlights/tail lights, remove body moulding/pinstripes, paint grill, new wheels...................

How do you guys feel about swapping out the runningboards for a pair of nerf bars, does anyone have pictures of an explorer with this?

put new grill and put hids and clear lenses and black out ur tailights and remove pinstripes too
