first gen on unknown 20's can any oneidentify?

can anybody identify these wheels?
They have spinners that they came with I just got to get lug nuts.

Haha I guess. Definetly not my kinda set up, I think it needs smaller rims, bigger tires, and a set of rock sliders!

Looks like it's these wheels in fact.

It'd look better with some slightly larger diameter tires with a bit more sidewall, preferably that have the same outer diameter as the tires it came with stock.

I agree. its got a 235/55 on it in the rear, and 225/35 on the front, Im thinking 65 or 70 on all 4's. Guy I bought them off of, had them on a new charger, and then a caprice. I think the 55, rubbed his fenders, so he put the 35 on. I just wish I could figure out what exactly they are. The guy I got em from, said he was at a redlight and one flew off. I got to find the bolt that bolts it back together.
