FitCamX installed on 2016 Explorer with autowipers/lane camera on windshield

I recently ordered a FitcamX 4K dash camera that is intended to fit 2011-2019 Explorers equipped with Lane Keeping Assist, it comes with a plug and play wiring adapter to power the camera off the rain sensor. So far I’m happy with the results, it was easier to install and wire up than the previous dash cam I had in this vehicle and the picture is very clear.

Other recent repairs or upgrades include new weatherstrip seals since my originals were shredding, vent visors and mudflaps, and I just ordered a set of black wheels to replace the peeling and corroded factory polished 20” wheels.

Nice find on the camera! It looks like it belongs there.

I am going to do a couple of door seals as well.

Good work and nice rig. I am running black rims as well, I like the look. I went with 18's to get more sidewall for mild 4 wheeling. I got a better ride, but likely lost some handling/cornering ability.
