Flame glove box mod?

Ok since I value everyone's opinion since I have been around here. I am in the process of painting my interior and watching a little too much of american chopper and got the idea to flame out my glove box. I would like hear some opinions I can't decide to keep it this way or paint it all black. This is also the first pick I have ever posted hope it works!

Looks great to me. I would also suggest doing this same design on the cover under the steering wheel so the truck has a balanced look.

Well as you can see by the picture I add duct tape to completely cover the piece. I then free hand the flame design that I want then cut along the line making sure that I accent the curves of the flames. The next step is removing the tape, if you want black flames remove the top piece if I wanted the

flames tan I would have removed the flame piece. After all of the cutting out and you removed the piece you wanted. You want to smooth out all edges so it dosen't bleed when you paint. (I know it sounds strange but black rust oleum has been the best spray paint for my plastics). Once you spray you let dry then remove the remaining piece of tape. The finishing touch is to use a spray clear coat. It is actually very simple to do.
